Criss Cross Mangosauce and Small Hands Big Art offer a weekly 90 minute Spanish + Art class that introduces children to the Spanish language and Latin culture through music, storytelling, and creative drama. During the multi-age, multi-level theme based class, students spend 45 minutes building more than just language skills– they also develop motor, verbal and social skills. The second half of the class features mixed media art projects such as painting, drawing, sculpture, collage and more! Students will receive a newsletter at the end of each 6-week session including the terminology, activities and songs learned, to extend the learning experience at home.
